{"id":6622,"date":"2024-03-06T08:59:49","date_gmt":"2024-03-06T08:59:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.seskotni.mil.id\/?p=6622"},"modified":"2024-03-06T08:59:49","modified_gmt":"2024-03-06T08:59:49","slug":"wujudkan-tni-prima-puspen-tni-selenggarakan-rakornispen-tni-ta-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.seskotni.mil.id\/?p=6622","title":{"rendered":"WUJUDKAN TNI PRIMA, PUSPEN TNI SELENGGARAKAN RAKORNISPEN TNI TA 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>PENHUMAS-SESKO TNI.<\/strong>&nbsp; Kapentak Sesko TNI Letkol Laut (P) Retno Wahyudi, S.E., M.Tr.Opsla mengikuti Rakornispen TA 2024 yang dibuka langsung oleh Irjen TNI Letjen TNI (Mar) Suhartono, M.Tr.(Han)., bertempat di Gedung Balai Wartawan, kompleks Mabes TNI Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur, Selasa (5\/3\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan Rakornispen TNI TA 2024 diikuti oleh seluruh personel penerangan yang ada di Indonesia dari Sabang sampai Merauke sebanyak 160 peserta dengan rincian 60 Peserta tatap muka\/<em>offline<\/em> dan 100 Peserta <em>online<\/em> melalui Vicon\/Daring. Rakornispen tahun ini mengusung tema \u201cSoliditas Jajaran Penerangan TNI Siap Mewujudkan TNI Prima Menuju Indonesia Maju\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kasum TNI dalam amanatnya yang dibacakan Irjen TNI, beliau menyampaikan bahwa tujuan dari Rakornispen ini diselenggarakan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program kerja dan anggaran bidang penerangan tahun 2023, juga sebagai forum penyelarasan program kerja dan anggaran tahun 2024. Selanjutnya Kasum TNI juga menyampaikan fungsi penerangan tidak bisa berdiri sendiri dan sangat terkait erat dengan fungsi lainnya seperti fungsi intelijen, operasi, latihan dan teritorial yang sebagian besar program dan kegiatannya memiliki nilai jual publikasi tinggi di berbagai media. Selanjutnya Kasum TNI menyampaikan penerangan TNI adalah penjuru terdepan dalam mempublikasikan kegiatan dan kinerja TNI. Sebagai corong dalam transformasi informasi jajaran penerangan TNI dituntut untuk bekerja professional serta bersinergi sesama komunitas penerangan TNI, maupun instansi penerangan lain, baik di pusat dan daerah, sehingga arus informasi yang selama ini dikelola oleh masing-masing satuan dapat disinergikan dalam memberikan informasi kepada Masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Rakornispen TNI dilanjutkan dengan paparan yang disampaikan oleh Kapuspen TNI, Mayor Jenderal TNI Dr. R. Nugraha Gumilar, M.Sc., yang menegaskan&nbsp;&nbsp; Penerangan TNI adalah etalase TNI yang menampilkan jati diri TNI seutuhnya dimanapun berada dan bertugas. Selain itu, tetap senantiasa menyiapkan diri dan kemampuannya dalam melaksanakan peperangan informasi. Adapun penekanan&nbsp; Kapuspen TNI terhadap jajaran Penerangan TNI yaitu \u201cKurangi publikasi yang bersifat naratif dan tingkatkan visualisasi serta substansi konten untuk memperkuat komunikasi TNI dengan masyarakat, perlu adanya&nbsp; respon cepat untuk menekan&nbsp; berita negatif, dan perluas upaya&nbsp; membangun komunikasi intensif dengan publik dan media, serta adakan&nbsp; penyusunan rencana publikasi yang tepat sasaran guna menjaga kendali informasi\u201d Pungkasnya Kapuspen TNI.<\/p>\n<p>Acara Rakornispen TNI dilanjutkan dengan pembekalan dari Narasumber Dr. Dian Agustine Nuriman, M.Ikom., IAPR., Founder NAGARU COMM, tentang Strategi Komunikasi dalam Media Handling, dan Dr. Dede Farhan Aulawi tentang Narasi Komunikasi di Era Transformasi Informasi.<\/p>\n<p>Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Dansatintel Geospasika Bais TNI, Dansatinteltek Bais TNI, Para Kadispen Angkatan. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan penyerahan cinderamata dan ramah tamah.
